As mentioned in replies to numerous requests from people on this website, info on this and anything else (eg:- lens cap problem) can ONLY be supplied to a DIRECT e-mail address and NOT via a reply box. This is achieved by clicking on my RED link (and NOT on reply) and entering the e-mail address in the box provided, or of course just NOT clicking on the "hide" box, as your e-mail address will only be seen by myself and used purely for return purposes. (You must also include the camcorder model number and a brief fault description)
