CD ERROR FO

Originally started few days prior with the CDs skipping. I thought it needed to be cleaned. After ignoring it for a few days, I finally took my disc cleaner to the car and went to eject one of the six CDs. It was then that I got the CD ERROR FO message. Now, my CDs do not play, they do not eject. The CD player is just dead for now. PLEASE HELP!!!
