I have a 50" Plasma -- PD50X795.
I bought a floor sample and let it sit for quite some time before
I connected it. After I got it set up the TV was playing fine for
about a month but it had a humming noie that I thought was loud by
comparison with my regular old tv.
Anyway, all of a sudden, the picture went bad and I smelled an
electrical burning type smell. I think the smell was coming from
the tv instead of the receiver, which is a separate box.
The picture had black lines in the lower left quardrant that went
half-way up the screen. It seems that we are getting some noise also;
You can see the rest of the picture but it is not clear.
Any ideas???
