REGARDING MY POSTING OFFERING TO SUPPLY INFORMATION ON THIS PROBLEM, YOU "MUST" CLICK ON MY RED LINK AND ENTER YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS INTO THE BOX PROVIDED, AS IF YOU JUST MAKE YOUR REQUEST "UNDER" MY OWN POSTING I WILL BE UNAWARE YOU HAVE DONE THIS, BECAUSE IT WILL BE ADOPTED BY THE SYSTEM AS AN OUT OF DATE POSTING. ALSO PLEASE INCLUDE THE MODEL NUMBER OF THE CAMCORDER AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FAULT, AS I FREQUENTLY GET REPLIES LIKE "PLEASE SEND IT TO ME AS WELL" WHICH TELLS ME NOTHING OF WHATS BEING COMPLAINED ABOUT.

Hello I was reading all about the exact same trouble that I have with my camcorder, and you may have a fix for it. I have a JVC GR-D33U Mini DV camcorder. It says that the lens cap is on, but it is not. If you have any information that would help me please send it. I have had this camcorder for about 5 years and only got aprox. 1 year out of it and have hung onto it just in case! Thank you so so much!! Kathie Please ignore the "contact" method mentioned, (red link) as this no longer applies due to Pechorins having scrapped the notification system.
