Home | Previous messageWe have a jvc av35750 which will only show a 1/2 vertical line instead of the full screen picture. If you bang on it, the picture sometimes comes up, but generally will not stay. Is this reasonably repairable?

The answer to your question is - should be!! as its most likely to be caused by the common problem of bad solder joints on the vertical scan IC, some JVC chassis being notorious for suffering from this. |
