Vanessa The address is: JVC SERVICE ENGINEERING 16 Chapin Road Suite 910 Pine Brooke, 07058 In your letter remember to put the following as told to me by their cusomer rep. Your Name,address, phone number(s) Your camera's model numeber and serial unit number and mention the LENS CAP ERROR. Make sure you make a copy of the letter for your records. Do not send any batteries,cords,straps etc..just the camera. When you ship the camera back make sure you get a tracking number from the post office so you will be able to track the camera..IF it would get lost according to the customer rep. Hopefully they won't call you and tell you it is more money then just the FREE repair before October 7, 2007. Ours is going back Monday. Robin
