Error C:31:11 - CCD TRV37

Hi, my name is Cláudio, from Brazil. Well,my old camcorder - CCD - TRV37 NTSC - show me the error code C:31:11. This error happen when I trying to close the tape compartment. Somebody teach me to solve this problem ?
