How to get the songs downloaded to my player???

I'm not that good in using these kind of electronic gadgets. Please help me by giving the details regarding download of songs,video clips and let me know the features of it.. Please help me in understanding this. I shall wait for your reply. Try to make it as early as possible.Thank you
