Video do not ceap the tape.

Anyone had the same problem and figured out a way to solve it? I opened up the video and tryed to force the tape to stay in but just gor an error message "360 30" on the display. Ive got no idee what this means. While i had it opend I looked on the mecanical parts and thay seems to be fine the electronical parts seems good aswell. Except the Cap supplying the RTC that seems to been leeking like an old battery. I need some sort of schematics or an way to understand the error massage and the fault of the device. Is it an cervice menu on this video for instance and if how do you get there and is it to any help.
