make sure the head cleaning tape is the same manufacture as your camera. put the tape in, push 'play' and let it play for 15-20 sec. take the tape out, try your recorded tape. if no success, repeat no more than two more times. don't rewind the cleaning tape, you'll just re-distribute the dirt back on your heads. if the cleaning tape is not successful, you may need to take the camera to a repair shop for a hand cleaning.
