HomeJVC GR-DX27EK video camera says "lens cap" i hav a JVC GR-DX27EK video camera. it has been gifted to me by my bro living in UK. it was working fine until few months back. it replays the earlier recorded videos but has problem with new recordings. it says " lens cap" even if i remove the lens cover it still displays the same. thou it records sounds. dunno wht the problem is ... can someone pls help.

If you were given the receipt then that qualifies the camcorder for a free repair, however if you were not, and your brother cant prove he was the original purchaser of the device, then the replacement of the CCD image sensor is a repair in the region of £150.00. Info sent via direct e-mail. |
