Post Reset Codes

I have a JVC KD-SH55 Head unit, and a JVC KD-MK77 CD changer. I tested it prior to installing it and it was working. Now that I have installed both the radio and changer, the CD changer won't play. I'm getting a reset code 9 on head unit. The manual covers code 8, and codes 1 thru 7, but doesn't address code 9. Can anyone tell me how to reset this. I've reset the head unit, and the changer. I have power at the changer. The cable and wiring are installed correctly. The CD cassette is in the changer and won't eject. Thanks........
