JVC AV-60D501 Flickers

I belive it is a 64" full screen projection tv for the last few months the picture has been flickering, Flickering like a VHS with bad tracking. It does this in all imputs, from cable imput to rca, to composit. it started out at 5 inches from the top, now is about the 1st 10 inches from the top and sometimes full screen. It seams to do it more when there is bright blue on the screen but my wife says when im at work it does it with no blue all the time. I have turned the Brightness to IRES and color temp to med witch seams to help a small bit but now the screen is to dim for daylight hours. Please help me.
