Hi Stacy! Saw your post on PECHORIN'S. I have a JVC Digital Video Camera, model GR-DV1/AA-V70U,and although I charge the batteries, soon after I put them in, the camera flashes an "E-03" message and then turns off. Any ideas as to what might be going on?

E-03 is a warning that the cassette take up spindle is not turning properly, so the first step to take is try another cassette, as in most cases thats the cause of the problem.
However if the situation doesnt change by doing that, it would indicate that a fault has developed in the take up drive system.
