Unless you are a technical person there is nothing you can actually do, as the chassis that set uses can suffer vertical scan circuit breakdown, and this requires the replacement of the IC and the notorious C926 capacitor, (try a Google on that number) of course this as well as other possible reasons. By the way, it goes off straight away after switch on to avoid further damage to the tube or other components.
