I have a new computer and lost all discs for my camera I can't download pics!

I need help! I have a new computer and can't download pics from my sony cyber-shot camera because I don't havbe it downloaded in my new computer and don't have the disc and owners manual anymore...(I have the camera for over 2 years)where can I get the file to download in my computer so I can view my pictures online?
