I have a broken Sony kv-t29sz1. It powers on, but the picture is unclear and after a few seconds it resets itself, the red light blinks twice then it restarts. It does this in an unending loop.

I figure the red light blinking twice is trying to tell me that a particular part is faulty - can anybody identify which part this would be and whether it is an easy fix for a very much inexperienced fix it man? These sets are only worth about $500 AUD max these days, so if its an expensive part, the TV is being sold as is on EBAY!!
