Turned on printer and got "SC 552 Power of on. If error reoccur call for service" I turned it off/on several times, but keep getting error.

I just bought this "very used" Ricoh AP3800c large format color laser from a friend a few weeks ago. Now regretting it. but I bought it in good running condition with slight print-out imperfections (a slight grey line that appears every so often, but I could deal with that However I just turned on the printer and got error message SC 552 power on and off. Call for service if reoccurs. I tried on & off several times, but keep getting error and it won't let me print.If anyone can help me out I would be so grateful.
