Intermittant picture scrambled.

With my JVC AV 48P575, the picture will be perfect while I'm watching a show. Then the picture scrambles with a high freq. squeel sound in the background. The picture resembles a bad verticle hold, and can last up to 1hr, going back to a perfect picture again, very irritating.
