Error E:91:01

Dear Sirs, I have read on you site "Error Codes Assistance" and I decided to send you this email in order to see if you can help me solving this problem. I have reseted the camera so many times but does not help. I have a Sony DCR-TRV30E and it gives me an error E:91:01. Thanks Júlio de Jesus
