Dear Sir, I have a JVC GR-DVL800 and i am trying to download video from cassette to my computer via firewire. When i connect it it immediately goes via Windows Movie Maker and after rewingding the tape the Camera goes into "Safe Mode". I have sent it away for a service bit the same problem keeps happening. Is there any other way i can download video from the camera to a PC. Thanks Ramy
