Well thank you all for your help but before i even came to check back on the replys i had alredy taken the camera to JVC cause i heard about the free upgrade for free somewhere else and i just got it back just yesterday free of charge.

jvc some models are call.they are replacing ccd free of cost.reason for manufacturing defect.

JVC for some reason best known to themselves, will not supply CCD modules to anyone that isnt an agent.
