Scottthanks for the hints . i have had my camera storage for almost 2 years because it didn't work and has the same message , now i decided to throw it away but i went to see the internet checked the model and i saw your message . i started to look for the receipt and lucky me i found it , i will follow the procedure with jvc to see if they will resolve the problem. thanks
