Need troubleshoot chart for disc operation and repair instructions.

When trying to play disc the tray goes in to unit but player does not rise to start spin and play. At times when holding unit at about 45 degrees the operation will start and continue to play when returned to normal position. When stopping play and then wanting to restart play the tray will come out. Successive attempts have same results.
