MY 48'inch JVC television is not working. When I plug it up the green light comes on but then goes out. We had a storm the day it stop working and I don't know if that is why it stop working. I had it plugged into a surge outlet and it was cut off when it storm it was working perfectly fine before the storm. Could you please tell me what could be a possible cause for it not to come one before I call to have someone look at it for service. Do u know if this style and model television has a reset button on it in cases like this. The model number for this television is av-48wp55. Thank you for your help with this.
