HomeHelp with camcorder Camera seems to think that the lens cap is on, there is no image (and no the lens cap is not on) The message "Lens Cap" appears when the camera is turned on, there is no image to see. Can you please tell me what i can do? thanks

Your camcorder has a manufacturing defect, however full info on this can only be sent to a DIRECT e-mail address for technical reasons. (This achieved by clicking on my link (red) and entering it there) |
