Hi: I have a Sony SLV 960HF vcr that won't eject the tape. It shows error code 3L 117c or 3L 118c. When I press the eject button, the vcr head spins for a moment, but nothing else happens. Thanks Bill

Hello Bill,

Did you get any clarity about this error code; I'm having the same problem - this after I fully fast forwarded a tape and then was rewinding it, and it didn't rewind. Nor am I able to cue it backwards or eject the tape.
