need help with blue convergence

Eric it seems that you are the resident expert on this JVC AV-48WP30 set. My set was working just fine, go to turn it on next morning and there is blue ghosting. I tried to align the convergence but the blue will not align. I am writing to see if you can send me insctructions on how to fix this problem. My email is rivs1@hotmail.com. I thank you in advance.
