I recently purchased a JVC 56" projection tv and it fails to power up straight out of the box when I bought it. Icalled jvc and they were to send me a contract repair person to repair it and the repair person wants to pick it up and take it. people tell me that its probably the fail safe device but i do not know what to look for can you tell me. The model number is AV56P787
