Personally, I've had mine for 18 months and use it all the time with no problems. My brother has the same one for the same amount of time. My mom got them for us when our kids were born (which was 3 months apart) I find it easy to use :)

I have one, it seems to work OK but I recorded something and there's no volume. Is there a way to activate/disactivate Volume or is something wrong?

Hi, I have one too, records OK but without Volume. Know any way to activate/disactivate VOL ?? If not, it's not working OK.
