Wish I could help. i'm having the same problem too. My mom gave it to me a few christmas ago and it was brand new and it stop opening too. me and my husband are trying to figure it out and see what we can do or something online. I saw your post and said maybe someone has an answer. So your not the only one. I want to start capuring my daughters precious moments again. One is 4 moths and the other is 2 years.
