I have a Sony Handy Vision cam Model CCD-TRV16 180 zoom

Error code C3200 The tape is stuck and will not eject. remove battery and powered back up, still no luck. Is there a release button or pin that I can push to release without power? Thanks for any help you can give me. Bill
