TV wont power up

This 60 big screen has been running fine. Went to turn it on the other day and it wont attempt to even power on with remote or power button. Ben a long time since i worked on electronics what is common failure on the power supply. This board looks like a lot of work to take out. I was hoping for some bad solder connections. The tv did get moved to my new house 6 months ago? Any one???
