i cant get the video i took an my pc ho do i do it

yeah like i dont have a memory stick maybe thats y put i wanna put my video on my computer for like my space and stuff lol i put the disc in and every thing hooked up the usb turned it on it didnt work and i tryed it on a mac it didnt work help me plz
