i work in the imaging dept at a best buy. this head cleaner is crap. it never loaded for myself and seems to strain the carriage when it loads or tries to eject. the instructions aren't clear. the back of the package states that it's good for 40 cycles at ten seconds per cycle. the label says that you should run it for thirty seconds and stop. what? maybe one cleaning is three cycles? even then, that's way too much gunk that can build up over 13.333 cleanings. i'll talk someone out of it unless they are persistent.
