Skewed picture

My JVC 32in TV has suddenly developed a skewed image, with the top of the screen skewed to the right and the bottom of the screen skewed to the left. Programmes are stil watchable, but on-screen captions are often off the screen, the digital box EPG is skewed and difficult to program, and teletext pages are skewed also so that the edges of the pages are stretched out of view. Is there anyway this problem can be easily rectified, or do I need to consult a TV technician? Thank you.
