having problem with on screen message UNIT IN SAFE GUARD MODE error code 03

Dear Sir, i would be great full to you if you can help me out for this problem, i am having a JVC camcoder GRD-250U i have been able to use this new camera for only 20 minuts video later when i switched on this camera agin and inserting the tape it gives the message on screen Unit in safe guard mode error code 03 and it does not go any further. A lot of thanks if you can help me out for this.
