how to become an actress

I am 13 years old and im really goos at acting and writing stories and i can act in different voices (american) and i can talk in shakespeare with no problem.but the hard bit is trying to get onto t.v im always the main actor in school plays and drama festivals i dont choose to allt he time i get voted to because its a competition i love acting and would love to meet actors but how do i get there or even a little show like the suite life of zack and cody or something liek that how do they become actors ?? its sooo confusing what should i do kerry xx please reply
