Aloha, I purchased a JVC GR-D33U Mini DV and used it only for a little while. I put it on the shelf in its bag for awhile and when I got it out to use again, it wouldn't work. The playback still works but when I put it to record in "M" or "A" it would only say the "lens cap" and the lcd screen would be blacked out. There's an indicator blinking. It looks like a person on the left with left and right arrows in between and a mountain on the right. I just feel kind of bummed out because I haven't used it much and I feel like I waisted my $500 bucks for a dud. Is there some way to fix it? Please email me or call me.
