i have a jvc model GR-D244U, i have not used it in 8 months. I went to use it last night, and it is telling me that the lens cap is on, when in reality it is not. I tried resetting camera setting in the menu and it resets the menu but not the camera itself. Is there a way to reset the actual camera? Like some products have a reset button on this machine or do I have to send it out for repair. What is looks to me is that the internal shutter in not opening and it is stuck. Please respond to talk926@aol.com with any suggestions. Thank you
