I have recently been given what appears to be a new camcorder
The bag and machine state MX7000
However no operating instructions were provided
I can not find out the manufacturer
The red power light ois on but I can not work out out to record
Can you help or provide instructions

Hi Ian the camera is a cheap and nasty import that people are being duped into buying. Some are putting the SONY, JVC, and PANOSONIC labels on them to sell them on.
The name of the camera is MAXIM hence "MX"
