Hi Stacy, My JVC model number is gr-sxm250. I have a problem with my camcorder that I have seen on several posts. It flashes that a lens cap is on, but it is not and won't let me record a picture. I have seen several responses that the manufacturer will pay to repair this. Do you have any info that might get me into contact with the proper personnel to repair this problem.
