tv has horizontal lines on screen video is fuzzy not clear at all menu is ok

i am a service tech in the bahamas i need to know what could i do to solve this problem because i have change both boards with new boards numbers ssr2010am2 ssr1010am2 tv model # av-48p786 tell me how could i solve this prolem all i want is a clear picture
