Hello, I noticed that mine would jump on any available web connection. If they were providing you web access on accident i can see how it would be not to obvious which net connection you were actualy using. They can't shut down your wi-fi stuff. They can shut down your GPRS ect. Go to wi-fi settings and look at available connections, and see if your connected.
