its model is DCR-PC3E Sony Camcorder & I'm talking about the sensor that is responsible for sensing the tape inside the camcorder & making the tape get in & outside of the machine, and while it is inside it can makes it work. Now when I turn on the camcorder I get an error message on the screen & it doesn't work, doesn't record nor play anything on the tape. Even it doesn't now let me get the tape outside itwhen I open its door & push the tape to come out, I get no response, the tape is stocked inside it there now. They told me at Sony that I need to change the sensor parts. Do you know anything about it?? Many thanks
