Sony KV-32S45 with problems

Symptoms: Displays a full picture for about a minute or 2 then the picture shrinks slowly from the bottom until there’s just a thin line up at the top of the screen. Is the above a Tube issue, or one of the boards? Reason I ask is because I am going to pull boards from this TV to fix another of the same model, hoping to get one going. Any help is appreciated! Ed
