JVC's website sends you the info...it's ALL FREE...REPAIR, SHIPPING....EVERYTHING!!! They have a link in their website just for the problem!! Had it done myself!! IT'S ALL FREE...it's a bad ccd Imaging Sensor!!! Hope this helps....have a good one...Bill |
