Hi stacy, I bought a JVC Gr-d31ek camcoder from Ireland 3 years back. In meanwhile I did not use that Camera for 8 months and after that when i used next time, there was a problem with that cam. It stopped charging itslf. It is showing that it is being charged but once i put the charging lead it runs out. I m not able to find what could be the problem. Should i change the battery or put it to repair sho. I m in india right now and i m very upset. Can u help me what shoul i DO? Your responce in this concern will be appreciated........
