TV repair depends on being able to get a replacement for an integrated circuit

the circuit needed is called PM38 it is a control circuit that receives feedback from the H and V circuits and send a pulse to the TV microprocessor to confirm everything is functioning OK. the TV model is old, it is a Trinitron (good tube) but it is old for that part PM38 to be readily available, please HELP!
