I have had some problems with my TV and was wondering what part I would need for sure.

I have this great TV but the picture started clicking on and off....at first it just happened when we first turned it on and only for a minute or 2...then it got to where it was happening ALL the time you couldn't (can't) even watch the TV...though the TV is 11 years old it is a really nice tv....what could be the problem and is it worth fixing?
